About Us

Indian Creative Women is an independent forum working towards furthering diversity in creative teams across the Indian Advertising and Design Industry. We believe women bring in a unique perspective to connect to mass consumers, making the industry more diverse, more creative and more profitable.  

That's why our mission is to amplify the percentage of women in the creative function, across levels, through actionable solutions. We run a host of initiatives such as exclusive events, trainings, mentorships, partnerships and a private network of 5,000+ women creatives in India.
